具備多年的實驗室經驗，致力於探討基因表達變化及蛋白質功能對於個體肥胖及代謝之影響。目前於腫瘤惡化卓越研究中心主要研究內容以大腸直腸癌細胞為基礎，從體外研究進一步拓展至體內，以小鼠為模型並與臨床研究結合致力於尋找大腸直腸癌致病之機轉。
