鍾翊方老師實驗室主要進行深度學習於生醫資料分析。例如:引入不同深度學習作法於生醫影像分析; 另外,也將運用深度學習作法於進行藥物基因體學(pharmacogenomics)的分析,其特質在於轉化/運用不同類型的癌症基因體數據(如基因表現、基因變異、拷貝數變異等)、藥物的化學/分子指紋(chemical/molecular fingerprints)及癌症細胞的藥物反應資訊,進而可為不同類型癌症(亞型)找到可運用的藥物。
