\u958b\u767c\u8a2d\u8a08\u9069\u7528\u65bc\u9ad8\u6b67\u7570\u5ea6\u8cc7\u6599\u4e4b\u57fa\u56e0\u7d44\u5206\u6790\u6f14\u7b97\u6cd5\uff08eGSA\uff09\uff0c\u89e3\u6c7a\u764c\u75c7\u57fa\u56e0\u9ad4\u7814\u7a76\u9762\u81e8\u9ad8\u6b67\u7570\u5ea6\u7684\u554f\u984c\u3002<br>3. \u63d0\u4f9b\u57fa\u56e0\u9ad4\u4e2d\u5fc3\u5408\u4f5c\u7814\u7a76\u4eba\u54e1\u5fae\u9663\u5217\u6676\u7247\u8cc7\u6599\u5206\u6790\u670d\u52d9\uff0c\u670d\u52d9\u5167\u5bb9\u5305\u62ec\u7d71\u8a08\u5206\u6790\uff08R, Partek, TM4 MeV\uff09\uff0c\u8abf\u63a7\u7db2\u8def\uff08Ingenuity, Cytoscape\uff09\u53ca\u529f\u80fd\u8a3b\u89e3\u3002<br>4. \u5fae\u9663\u5217\u6676\u7247\u57fa\u790e\u8cc7\u6599\u8655\u7406\u3001\u57fa\u56e0\u7d44\u5206\u6790\u53ca\u57fa\u56e0\u7db2\u8def\u5206\u6790\u3002<br>5. \u63d0\u4f9b\u57fa\u56e0\u4e2d\u5fc3\u5408\u4f5c\u7814\u7a76\u4eba\u54e1\u5fae\u9663\u5217\u53ca\u6b21\u4e16\u4ee3\u5b9a\u5e8f\u8cc7\u6599\u5206\u6790\u670d\u52d9\uff0c\u76ee\u524d\u5408\u4f5c\u6848\u4f8b\u5305\u62ec\u764c\u75c7\u6a19\u5e5f\uff0cSNP\u5206\u6790\uff0c\u907a\u50b3\u75be\u75c5\u81f4\u75c5\u7a81\u8b8a\uff0c\u81ea\u9ad4\u7a81\u8b8a\u5075\u6e2c\uff0c\u57fa\u56e0\u9078\u64c7\u6027\u526a\u63a5\u5206\u6790\uff0c\u5fae\u751f\u7269\u83cc\u76f8\u5206\u6790\u3002<br>6. \u7814\u767c\u8abf\u7bc0\u4e8b\u4ef6\u57fa\u56e0\u96c6\u5206\u6790\u6f14\u6cd5\uff08Regulatory Event-based Gene Set Analysis\uff09\uff0c\u89e3\u6c7a\u764c\u75c7\u81e8\u5e8a\u7814\u7a76\u4e4b\u9ad8\u5ea6\u6b67\u7570\u5ea6\u554f\u984c\uff0c\u4e26\u4ee5R\u8a9e\u8a00\u958b\u767ceGSA\u5fae\u9663\u5217\u6676\u7247\u5206\u6790\u4e4b\u8edf\u9ad4\u5957\u4ef6\uff0ceGSA-R\u3002<br>7. \u7814\u767c\u9ad8\u901f\u5e8f\u5217\u6bd4\u5c0d\u6f14\u7b97\u6cd5\uff08hcMSA\uff09\uff0c\u89e3\u6c7aMetagenome system\uff0c\u63d0\u4f9b\u8edf\u9ad4\u5c01\u88dd\u6280\u8853\uff0c\u5c07\u5404\u7a2e\u57fa\u56e0\u9ad4\u5206\u6790\u8edf\u9ad4\u7d71\u5408JAVA\u3001R\u3001Python\u3001Web-based \u5de5\u5177\u65bc\u540c\u4e00\u5716\u50cf\u5316\u64cd\u4f5c\u754c\u9762\u4e0b\uff0c\u6253\u7834\u751f\u7269\u8cc7\u8a0a\u5206\u6790\u6280\u8853\u9580\u6abb\uff0c\u4f7f\u975e\u8cc7\u8a0a\u76f8\u95dc\u4eba\u54e1\u7121\u9700\u7a0b\u5f0f\u57fa\u790e\uff0c\u5c31\u53ef\u4ee5\u4f7f\u7528\u5148\u9032\u5206\u6790\u8edf\u9ad4\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p pipeline\uff09\uff0c\u57fa\u672c\u986f\u5fae\u93e1\u8853\uff08Immune florescence staining, microscope operation\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>\u57fa\u56e0\u9ad4\u5b78\u6280\u8853<\/em><\/strong><br>\u57fa\u56e0\u8868\u9054\u5e8f\u5217\u5206\u6790\u6cd5\uff08SAGE\uff09\uff0c\u5fae\u9663\u5217\u6676\u7247\u8a2d\u8a08\u3001\u751f\u7522\u53ca\u5be6\u9a57\u64cd\u4f5c\uff0c\u5404\u7a2e\u5546\u7528\u6676\u7247\u5e73\u53f0\u53ca\u6b21\u4e16\u4ee3\u5b9a\u5e8f\u5206\u6790\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
