class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u6211\u5011\u662f\u5728\u570b\u7acb\u967d\u660e\u4ea4\u901a\u5927\u5b78\u7684\u570b\u5bb6\u57fa\u56e0\u9ad4\u5b78\u81e8\u5e8a\u53ca\u7522\u696d\u61c9\u7528\u767c\u5c55\u4e2d\u5fc3\u5718\u968a\uff0c\u96b8\u5c6c\u65bc\u816b\u7624\u8207\u514d\u75ab\u5b78\u7814\u7a76\u4e2d\u5fc3\u7684\u57fa\u56e0\u9ad4\u6838\u5fc3\u5be6\u9a57\u5ba4\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u524d\u8eab\u662f\u967d\u660e\u57fa\u56e0\u9ad4\u4e2d\u5fc3\uff0c\u81fa\u7063\u6700\u65e9\u6210\u7acb\u7684\u57fa\u56e0\u9ad4\u4e2d\u5fc3\uff0c\u4e5f\u662f\u81fa\u7063\u53c3\u8207\u570b\u969b\u4eba\u985e\u57fa\u56e0\u9ad4\u5b9a\u5e8f\u8a08\u5283\u7684\u5718\u968a\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u570b\u7acb\u967d\u660e\u5927\u5b78\u69ae\u967d\u57fa\u56e0\u9ad4\u4e2d\u5fc3\uff0c\u81ea2002\u5e74\u958b\u59cb\u57f7\u884c\u300c\u9ad8\u901a\u91cf\u57fa\u56e0\u9ad4\u5206\u6790\u6838\u5fc3\u8a2d\u65bd\u8a08\u756b\uff08C1\uff09\u300d\u63d0\u4f9b\u5168\u570b\u57fa\u56e0\u9ad4\u5b78\u6280\u8853\u670d\u52d9\uff0c\u8fc4\u4eca\u8d85\u904e\u4e8c\u5341\u5e74\u7d93\u9a57\uff0c\u5f8c\u4f86\u6574\u5408\u967d\u660e\u5927\u5b78\u5167<strong>\u300c\u9ad8\u901a\u91cf\u57fa\u56e0\u9ad4\u5206\u6790\u6838\u5fc3\u8a2d\u65bd\u8a08\u756b\uff08C1\uff09\u300d<\/strong>\u8207<strong>\u300c\u81fa\u7063\u751f\u7269\u8cc7\u8a0a\u806f\u76df\uff08E3\uff09\u300d<\/strong>\u5169\u652f\u7814\u7a76\u5718\u968a\uff0c\u5782\u76f4\u6574\u5408\u4e86\u57fa\u56e0\u9ad4\u7814\u7a76\u7684\u4e0a\u4e0b\u6e38\u6280\u8853\u670d\u52d9\uff0c\u4e26\u64c1\u6709\u7d93\u9a57\u8c50\u5bcc\u7684\u6280\u8853\u4eba\u624d\u53ca\u5404\u7a2e\u6280\u8853\u5e73\u53f0\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u5c11\u91cf\u6a23\u54c1\u5168\u57fa\u56e0\u9ad4\u5e8f\u5217\u6383\u63cf\u7684\u5404\u5f0f\u6b21\u4e16\u4ee3\u5e8f\u6280\u8853\u5e73\u53f0\u3001\u5168\u57fa\u56e0\u8868\u73fe\u7684\u5148\u9032\u751f\u7269\u6676\u7247\u7cfb\u7d71\u3001\u5927\u7bc4\u570d\u9a57\u8b49\u7684\u9663\u5217\u9ad8\u901a\u91cf\u5373\u6642\u5b9a\u91cfPCR\u53ca\u8cea\u8b5c\u5100\u7cfb\u7d71\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u55ae\u4e00\u57fa\u56e0\u6216SNP\u5927\u91cf\u6a23\u54c1\u9a57\u8b49\u4f7f\u7528\u4e4b\u9ad8\u901a\u91cf\u5373\u6642\u5b9a\u91cfPCR\u7cfb\u7d71\u53ca\u7126\u78f7\u9178\u5b9a\u5e8f\u5100\uff0c\u64c1\u6709\u5e73\u5747\u8d85\u904e\u5341\u5e74\u4ee5\u4e0a\u64cd\u4f5c\u7d93\u9a57\u7684\u6280\u8853\u4eba\u54e1\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u63d0\u4f9b\u57fa\u56e0\u9ad4\u5be6\u9a57\u5f9e\u4e0a\u4e0b\u6e38\u6240\u6709\u6240\u9700\u5404\u5f0f\u6280\u8853\u5e73\u53f0\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2018\u8d77\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u6b63\u5f0f\u6210\u7acb<strong>\u570b\u5bb6\u57fa\u56e0\u9ad4\u5b78\u81e8\u5e8a\u53ca\u7522\u696d\u61c9\u7528\u767c\u5c55\u4e2d\u5fc3<\/strong>\uff0c\u958b\u59cb\u628a\u7d2f\u7a4d\u7684\u57fa\u56e0\u9ad4\u5206\u6790\u80fd\u91cf\uff0c\u9032\u884c\u6280\u8853\u64f4\u6563\u3002\u9664\u5efa\u7acb\u958b\u5275\u65b0\u4e00\u7ad9\u5f0f\u7684\u57fa\u56e0\u9ad4\u5206\u6790\u6574\u5408\u578b\u670d\u52d9\uff0c\u8b93\u570b\u5167\u4f7f\u7528\u8005\u80fd\u7528\u6700\u7c21\u55ae\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\u4eab\u53d7\u57fa\u56e0\u9ad4\u6280\u8853\u7684\u4fbf\u5229\u3002\u6211\u5011\u9084\u958b\u8fa6\u4e86\u6280\u8853\u8aee\u8a62\u9580\u8a3a\u53ca\u5404\u7a2e\u7dda\u4e0a\u6559\u5b78\u8ab2\u7a0b\uff0c\u4e00\u5207\u7684\u52aa\u529b\u90fd\u5728\u65bc\u8b93\u57fa\u56e0\u9ad4\u5b78\u6240\u5e36\u4f86\u7684\u9032\u6b65\u53ef\u4ee5\u70ba\u6240\u6709\u4eba\u4eab\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
