High-throughput Genome and Big Data Analysis Core Facility is combined High-throughput Genome Analysis Core Facility with Taiwan Bioinformatics Consortium. We integrate versatile high-throughput sequencing, array and QPCR platforms and bioinformatics analysis tools to provide users problem-orientated and total solution services. Our service packages include experiment consulting, qualified data, statistical analysis, biological annotation and interpretation. In advance, we will also provide researchers with means to address important or novel questions: data mining services from databanks that help to generate new evidence and new technological services that help to create new paradigm.
